Falcons MMA offers a variety of classes, including Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Grappling, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Fitness conditioning, Self defense and more. We also offer specialized programs for kids, teens, and adults, as well as private training sessions for those seeking personalized instruction.
For most classes, we recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing such as shorts, or workout pants, along with a t-shirt. You should also bring a water bottle, towel, and any necessary equipment (e.g., gloves, shin guards) for specific classes (only needed after learning basics).
